Dr. Letitia Lewis has been an educator for 24 years. She began her career in education in Brooklyn, New York around 1994 and currently serves as an Assistant Principal in the Clayton County Public School System.
Letitia has a Bachelor of Arts in English and Language Arts from Hunter College of the City University of New York, and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership, from the University of Phoenix. Also, she has earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Education Leadership, from Capella University.
Her desire to lead as an administrator encouraged Dr. Letitia to share her expertise with school communities, and has led her to the honorary mentions below:

Shakeerah Brodie, Ed.S

Shakeerah Brodie is a veteran teacher with 19 years in education. Born and raised in Newark, NJ, Mrs. Brodie is a graduate from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She also holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from National University in La Jolla, CA. In 2007, she relocated to Georgia where she subsequently obtained her specialist’s degree in Instructional Technology from the University of West Georgia in Carrollton, GA.
Shakeerah currently serves as the Gifted Endorsement Program Manager for all of Clayton County Public Schools where she prepares educators to obtain their gifted credentials. She is also a Lead Gifted Resource Teacher and a Teacher Mentor. She hosts other leadership and sponsorship roles, including the one of the administrative leadership team at her elementary school. Shakeerah is also an intramural sports coach for her elementary school, as well as the Head Middle School Track Coach at Elite Scholars in Clayton County.
